Aum Boards (or Om Boards) are specifically designed to support the elbows when practicing the Aum Technique taught by Paramhansa Yogananda. These lightweight and stable Aum Boards have a horizontal top which is comfortable and long-lasting. The two sides of the horizontal top quickly detach for easy transportation in a bag or suitcase.
