What is Water Kefir?

It is fermented, fruit-infused water, filled with multiple varieties of beneficial bacteria, valuable enzymes, B-vitamins (including B12), minerals, and antioxidants. It is all-natural, dairy-free, gluten-free, and caffeine-free.

It has been used for centuries in many countries including Mexico, Tibet, and the Caucasus Mountains. It is starting to be known widely now, as people look for healthy and natural food alternatives.

How to Drink

• First 2 weeks: Drink only 5-6 big spoons (approx 80 ml) a day, slowly introducing the probiotics into your body
• Once your body gets used to it, you can increase up to 1 cup (250ml) a day.
• You can drink kefir any time. We recommend mornings so that you can feel its energy throughout the day.
• Avoid drinking right before you go to bed.

Keep refrigerated. Shake lightly before drinking. Best before 15 days.
