Wool & Silk Asana

It may be helpful to place a woollen blanket and/or silk cloth under you. Yogis recommend this to block certain subtle magnetic forces in the earth, which tend to pull energy down. Wool or silk insulates against these forces, just as rubber insulates an electrical wire.
